Papachino's
Terrible Service

Early last week I made a reservation for Papchino's in Midrand for Thursday evening at 7pm. I usually go to the Clearwater branch and am used to their excellent service. I was heavily disappointed by the Midrand branch. We arrived at 6.50, 10 minutes early and our reserved table had been given away. We were then seated elsewhere and waited 15 minutes before having to get up and ask for a waiter to bring us menus and take our drinks order. There was a long turn around time between ordering and receiving our drinks, often bringing the incorrect drinks and brought by a different waiter. Dinner took even longer, when the food eventually came some of it was cold, the steak was tough and calamari rubbery. Overall the service was extremely poor and the quality of food so disappointing. I will never recommend the Midrand branch to anyone.
