Poor Service

We had arranged a Christmas function for our company. When we arrived nothing was organised. No musics or such. It took them almost 2 hours before we were able to sit down and order our drinks. Then we were only allocated 1 lady to serve 18 of us. This was only drinks, as the food was buffet style. We complained to the managed and were again promised something that never happened. For what we paid for the venue I was really disappointed, and I will not be recommending them to anyone.
