They haven't quite got the hang of service

Arrived by boat for some food, told we would be able to order some food. After some time a manager arrives to explain there is no service at the terrace bar claiming significant load over the holiday season. I don't see it. It seems to be a recurring trend at this place. If you want something quick and light, avoid at all costs. Per pare to spend hours waiting.
