Doppio Zero
Very poor service

My wife and I went to doppio Zero in Sandton city for lunch. We arrived at 2:15 pm and waited 15 min for a waiter to take our order. After placing our order at 2:30 pm we waited until 3:20 for our food to arrive. In all that time nobody came to us to ask if we are okay or to explain why the food was taking 50 min to prepare?

We eventually called for the manager hoping that he would be able to assist us yet unfortunately all he could say was that some food take longer than others.

Just to add to our disappointment, the guests next to us arrived 20 min after us and was done eating and paid before we received our food.

We eventually received our cold food a few minutes later.
