KEYCARE PLUS TRY TO JOIN AJ TURNER

I, DA TURNER Very fed up AT THIS STAGE. Nov 2013 started with info to move dependant frm my cover to Keycare. Broker sent by discovery explained and disappeared into thin air. Got form to complete eventually from discovery completed this and emailed back with confirmation letter of salary by his company and bank confirm my account since i was paying.
First discovery cancel without accept on keycare say no application received. Now say they sent wrong form fill in next one. did this today but now they want 3 mnt bank statements. Told dont have to give out personnel info letter from bank enough. Once again son is going to be with no cover like just over a yr back when the then broker left us in same situation. Why must have bank statements what wrong with bank letter or dont you believe the bank. Also need Andrew permission for me to handle this. A dyslexy guy yeah. Prepaid phone cant call them costs too much why dont they call 0721962814 he can then confirm i handle his stuff. Will hold discovery liable if he has no cover going into 2014. No wonder so many complaints on hello pete
