I was interested in changing my life cover to Discovery since my medical aid is with them already. I sent an email enquiring and only got a response much later and it was one of the broker companies they work if. After back and forth I decided I needed the life cover. Met with Anthony Cohen the broken and we decided on the plan that suites my needs. I had explained to him that my bond is a beneficiary on my current policy and he said it was not a problem. But ever since he's incompetent staff Lauren and Siphiwe were unable to move the cession until my policy with Discovery started. Heritage and Discovery want me to pay both policy's, my current and theirs till they got their papers in order. This has been going on since last year December. Discovery has sent me threatening messages about my policy lapsing when it had not even started due to the unless and unreliable broker company they have nominated to handle their Life Cover signings. I'm frustrated and so disappointed with their bad service. I can only imagine how my family would suffer, if I died and I had their policy. After numerous chat with consultant at Discovery and Heritage I'm still left with no response
