Discovery was there when needed

Thank you Discovery... My wife had am emergency c section at a different hospital from where the EDD was booked. Both Hospitals were Discovery Hospitals however St Augustine's gave me such a run around and wanted a huge deposit as they the hospital have a different policy to Discovery as I was informed by the case manager. It was stress full enough that my two little one wear now in NICU. After a few long phone calls, and me venting as i was extremely upset, each time the person on the phone calmed me down and went far above the expectations in getting issues resolved. I had further small issues on claims from the Dr and specialists and this too was resolved in a quick and professional manner. Well done to the staff that assisted me and kept in contact to make sure that everything possible was done.
