Unreasonable requests and treated like criminals

Sent income verification docs as requested for keycare plus. Asking for a doc which was already submitted and threatening to charge me the highest rate. This has happened for the last 4 years. I can't afford medical aid so my daughter is paying for it. Discovery is treating us like criminals. Ironically it's a medical aid company that is making me sick with these threats. I've submitted affidavits statements, state pension verification, etc. They are have no compassion whatsoever. I'm disgusted with their attitude and service. I'm even prepared to terminate my membership. Discovery has NO clue what they're doing. I can bet the dishonest members are probably getting better service. So disappointing!
