Xai Xai Eco Estate

Hi,
we spent last week 15-22 December 2013 at house no 9 at XAI Xai eco estate - which is beautiful setting. however the info shown on the website is untrue - DSTV - only installed after 3 days, no tumbledryer, no generator (and we have some power cuts). additionally, the house was infested by bats in the roof with droppings (and sometimes urine) continuously dropping on the floor. we therefore could not use all bedrooms.
So just a warning to other potential guests
