After looking all over for a Gynaecologist and Hospital that is associated with to the scheme and both to the same Hospital (We did call Momentum to assist with this the list was for doters 100 KM away and not associated with a hospital on your list), my wife found one after several day s of agony on the 24th of December. He was wiling to see us on short notice and he diagnosed her with a sits/ bases that needed to be drained immediately because antibiotics will not work. They operated at 18:00 at night and she had to stay overnight to because she needed to receive intravenous antibiotics. We could not get hold of Momentum Health for Authorisation they where closed as far as I know 24 December is a working day but the went home and decided "stuff our customers, let the suffer we are lazy and useless and want to party"We had to do the procedure but now there are lots of twists and turns them trying not to pay. What where we supposed to do let the sists burst and kill my wife, it is unacceptable that we could not contact MH during office hours on a working day. We are considering taking this matter further tha hello peter, but I am sure we will get the standard cut and paste respo
