Thank there are still caring medical aids

My brother and sister-in-law was with Fedhealth. They wanted to put their -daughter on their medical aid, but from January to August, there were just bull-dust going on.

After we had to run around and supply letters from the court and letters from the mother, and letters from the welfare and affidavits galore, they simply said - adopt the child, that is the ONLY way she can be on your medical aid.

So Mr and Mrs Jaco and Riana Grobler went to Discovery Health. Within 3 days, Isabella (2) were on their medical aid. NO PROBLEM. She starts from 1 September.

I want to compliment Discovery Health on their swift reaction, and their wonderful attitude.

We are ALL so disgusted by Fedhealth's attitude, but there is nothing we can do, but thank that the little girl did not need a medical aid during these months.

Fedhealth could spare us ALL the trouble, by just saying NO from the beginning.

So, thank you Discovery, for saving the day.
