My mum is a keycare member, has been since 2012.I receive an email from discovery requesting verification of employment, My mum is unemployed and has not worked yet they send through a whole lot of forms to fill in again. In the interim someone from Discovery has called my mum bombarding her with questions about this plan, I am paying for this medical aid and I dont understand the need for all this runaround every time, I have sent all these documents required before the cut off date, and the first I heard about this documentation required was 14 January when my sister called Discovery to query this. I have received no requests for docs or verification I have called Discovery several times to confirm the premiums on my mums medical aid and not once did the consultant tell me that theres outstanding info. Now the callcentre agent obviously unhelpful as ever cannot assist and my account will be debited with a higher amount and I need to go and do a reversal which will cost me and then re deposit, Does Discovery really think that I have all the time to run around for them, wheres the customer service, pathetic system. Next time just call the person paying the medical aid
