BREACHING THE CONSUMERS PROTECTION ACT

After booking and paying our vacation in full for Henk van Rooyen Holiday Resort, it happened that I landed in hospital with kidney stones during the period of my holiday reservations not once but 3 times where i was operated on. So i was in pain the the whole time and recovering at home after all the operations. I phoned the Resort for a refund but they said no. So i send them a copy of the Consumers Protection Act where it states at point 6.If a cancellation is due to the death or hospitalisation of the person who made the booking, then you may not charge anything. I sent them the copy of the CPA and asked again if they will pay back my money of R4000-00 but they are still refusing to pay me back. I have sent them all my proofs of my Hospitalisations but with no luck.

My Doctors asked more than the Medical Tariffs so now i have to pay out of my own pocket more than R10000-00.
