Declined Medication that is on the Formulary List

I have recently gone onto Discovery Medical Aid as my company changed medical schemes. On presentation we were assured any chronic previously paid by our old medical aid would be covered by Discovery.

I submitted my chronic information and received a letter stating ' As this medicine is not listed on the medicine list (formulary) we will cover it up to the monthly chronic drug amount'. However i have checked the formulary list and the medication IS on the formulary. I

Can somebody please contact me so that i can deal with an actual person who can go through this with me and we can discuss this and find a solution. Everything so far has been electronic and very impersonal and i feel i am not getting the service i was under the impression Discovery offered.
