I have been trying to get a response from the claims department for 2 months regarding a claim request that I submitted. I have not had a single feedback or even acknowledgement of receiving my claim (submitted numerous times now due to no feedback or progress) from the claims department. None of the agents that I have contacted directly even bothered to reply to my request for assistance. The info address supplied me with the offer of assistance, a week and a half later, I am still awaiting an update despite my queries. How long should it take for a claim to be refunded, or even be responded to for that matter? I am aware of the 2 weeks reacquired for a claim to be processed but I have been waiting for 8 weeks now.
