I hired chairs, tables and chair covers on the 10th of December 2013 and made an arrangement with the lady who was assisting me to collect the stuff on the 16th. I confirmed with her twice if they'll be open on a public holiday and she promised that someone will be there. To my surprise when I got there to collect, a guy working in the garden came to the gate and told me that the person who was supposed to help me was drunk. I left & went back on the 18th to get my refund and they charged me 35% cancellation fees which I could not understand as I did not cancel anything. When I demanded a full refund, me and my husband were sprayed with pepper spray and my husband was assaulted by the guy with the name of Chris. I'm so disappointed and heartbroken and feel that the staff of this company are unprofessional.
