I want my money

I got married on the 4th May 2013. And I've hired the bride & groom chairs as well as the fairy lights from Pumi. The agreement was that I was gonna fetch the stuff at her store, and she told me that full payment must be made before I can collect the stuff. I trusted her as the lady who was doing the catering for my wedding recommended her to me. Then the money was paid into her account, but when I called her she was no where to be found, as I was suppose to collect the stuff on Friday the 3rd afternoon. She replied on Friday around 22h45, saying that I must come and collect the stuff the next morning at 9h00, then when my coordinator tried to call her she hung up. Then now i want my money and started by saying that my money is not reflecting into her account and that she wants the proof of payment. Then I've emailed the proof of payment to her. Now she just ignores my messages and my calls. I am legal action against this woman.
