On sunday the 2nd of june we purchased a lounge suite from the branch that was part of there re opening sale, the sale procedure went well, we paid cash for the suite. Delivery of the item was made on the Wednesday of the new week and by the Friday we removed the plastics from the chairs to discover that one of the chairs has a mark on it, my husband phoned them to inform them and they said they will sort it out and deliver a new chair.its now 2 weeks down the line and almost everyday we have to phone the store to find out what's happening to the chair, they will get back to us but never do, we also discovered on Sunday evening that one of the other chairs has a scratch mark on the wood at the bottom by the legs when we removed the bottom plastic on sunday only, my husband phoned them again about that chair too and they were also going to sort that out, its now almost weekend again and no response from the branch. This is really unacceptable, they were in a hurry to take our money but now this is the after service we get. We would like two new chairs delivered to us as soon as possible or a full refund on the item
