No feedbac after already being messed around

I spoke to Nicole Ludolph almost 2 weeks ago re an issue with my SPG. She was meant to give me feedback a day or 2 later which she never did. I then received a survey to ask if my query was resolved with a single contact to which I responded 'No'. I then got a call from Mathew Lewarne who apologized and was also meant to supply me with further feedback. He didn't call back. Then Nicole called back later that day and said that she has sort of resolved it and would follow up with me the following day. No follow up received. I called today and spoke to Leanne who emailed Mathew to call me. No call has been received.

This is totally unprofessional and unacceptable
