The handling of customer complaints certainly needs stringent management as it is not consistent and is not monitored closely. Nicole was first handling this complaint, she did an outstandingly pathetic job and just dropped the task all together without completing it. Gavin was meant to step in and oversea it and without much hesitation passed me back to Nicole after I informed him that Nicole is not actually processing nor seeing it to the finish line. Liesel has been the only one that was willing to listen and actually take a moment to understand where I was stemming from as a customer. She's kept me up to date ever since taking over this query. Yes she forgot to send me the confirmation e-mail on 20/12/2013 but that was a minor given her impressive efforts. The amount of R300 was promised to be allocated to my account on 06/01/2014, I still have not received it nor received any contact explaining it's delay. I give Liesel the benefit of the doubt that possibly someone else in Finance approvals has resulted in the delay. None the less, please can I get someone to fill me in.
