I duly clicked on 1 and sent a detailed reply, explaining that my experience had in fact been horrendous.
The level of customer service I had received has been nothing short of appalling, and the quality of clinical insight I had encountered, disturbingly poor. (N. Malothane supposedly 'medically trained'???)

I am astounded by Discovery's REFUSAL to pay a PRE-AUTHORISED claim, for reasons which couldn't be explained to me.

I was contacted by Mujeeb's assistant the next day, who (predictably) PROMISED to investigate and provide feedback. (Predictably), I never heard another word.

I shall also deter as many patients from your service as humanly possible.
