Bad service and utter disrespect of my time

I took my car to Autoworks for them to fix my cylinder head. Mathew the manager of the shop told me it would take two weeks to fix. I left it with them on Monday, 16 September, I am yet to see my car, instead they are giving me a run around. Mathew's latest story is "They received incorrect parts from their supplier" like this is supposed to change three weeks of inconvenience. Last week Friday, he said the car had just come back from the engineers which is an explanation I was given on September 23. To add to this disrespect, on Wednesday, October 2 I went to their offices to check up on my car, the receptionist Jenny rolled her eyes at me and about calling me back with feedback on my car. Later that week, she sent an e-mail quote with a smiley after the eye-rolling. She also promised to call and give me feedback, none of that happened. All Mathew says on the phone is "I understand your frustration" really, like he does. I use six modes of transport to take my child to school and to work every single day. I am livid!
