Non compliance regarding the client service

I called GEMS around the 11/12/2012 to add additional member to my membership account which they advised me to fill Affidavit B which I did and sent the same day, and I received a response that I needed to submit an ID copy of the person I intend to add which I sent via an email to them on the 21/12/2012. I then waited for almost a month to give them allowance to process my details and request to my surprise I called them today (01/02/2013) and they claim not have received the ID copy though I used the same method (email) they asked me to use when I was sending Affidavit B. I'm am deeply hurt and disappointed in the nature of GEMS service they claim to be of excellence. They don't even care of the emergencies of what I find myself in, at the present moment, A sorry wouldn't take the pain I feel now. This bad service needs to stop and we be given a better client quality service we deserve because we're paying for this service every month, this is not favour that comes from GEMS but their right to provide efficient working service systems.
