NO SYMPATHY, BAD ATTITUDE

We accidently made an error on our application with Discovery Health. We acknoledged the mistake and admitted that it was not deliberate and asked for a penalty. The medical aid was in my husbands name as he was the main appplicant. I his wife filled out the form with the help of 2 other people in which none of us picked up the error in that complicated 13 page form. My husband then applies for chronic cover and after over a week of waiting we get a phone call from an abrupt lady saying that we to them on our application so we are terminated immediately and are not allowed to reapply. She did not give my husband a chance to defend himself or process what she had said. She said good bye and put the phone down.
The company my husband works for only offers discovery and pays half of the premium. We cant afford to go with any other medical aid as we cant afford the whole premium. They have a bad attitude and are unwilling to help. There was no need for them to just cancel us. I am disgusted that they can just throw clients away that pay their salaries as if we are nothing.
