Discovery keycare claims not paid

My husband had a severe earache and on new years day went to the emergency room of milnerton medi clinic to receive treatment as our regular keycare appointed GP was not open on a public holiday. He was informed he would need to pay cash and claim back from discovery, which he did. I sent in our claim on 02 January. The claim is for a Keycare network hospital and in terms of our policy we are entitiled to visit the ER of a network hospital and there is just a co payment which we are responsible for. No pre authorisation is required if you are not admitted. We claimed for the hospital account as well as for prescribed ear drops. We received notification that the ear drop claim was rejected. The hospital payment was not logged. I emailed again on 17 Jan, I received a notification that the claim woudl be dealt with in 3 -5 working days since then. My husband has been in to Dicovery offices Canal walk twice to query this, we have to date not seen the claim logged and have received no explanation as to why it has not been logged. This is unacceptable service.
