Efusing to refund

I cancelled my account on the 23rd of June 2013, I expected their monthly deductions to end on the 23rd of July 2013-together with my contract with them. A problem occured when I found out that they're still deducting from my income. When I called the company today (11/12/13) ;requesting the money they deducted back, I received poor service and they said to me that they have not received any document stating my leaving their company, so they will not refund me the money deducted whilst contract is terminated.
