No refund received

I have stop my contract oct 2012, sipho told me the last payment will be deducted november 2012, the deducted dec 2012 money and when i phone them on the 14 jan 2013 the lady that helped me did not give me her name only ref a130112478 told me said they will refund my money, end of jan 2013 they deducted again money from my account and when i phoned in i spoke to felicia on the 4 feb 2013 she said she will let the finance dept phone me back and up to today no one called me and no refund was received, how many times do i have to phone them on my expenses to get my money back... will not do business with altech autopage again
