I am very disgusted by the poor service i get from this branch ..always (i just never learn). Twice now every time i have visited them i get no joy regarding my account -they do not claim on time cause they are either too busy to serve their "forgotten about " client or too lazy to do their job. When you call them they take long to answer you will think they are closed for business..then eventually someone answers and they will tell you they are busy and will call you ASAP or they will get someone at accounts to call and this has never ever happened..i called more than 3 times and not even one came back to me as they promised... and then a demand letter!!!.. Why was my account not submitted on time to the medical aid??!!!..Your actions is now inconveniencing me financially (why do I have a medical aid then according to you???)... you calling this customer service?? it... and please spare me the"you have to be responsible for your account" story cause I hate demand letters and therefore takes care of my accounts -i am upset cause i got no help from you (all the people i spoke to --service is obviously non existent to all of you, is it cause you just work there? ITS BAD!
