Bad Service - Fixing Billing Mistakes

I have now experienced really bad service with Pathcare accounts department. They sent through 2 claim lines to my medical aid with incorrect service dates, resulting in my entire day to day fund being depleted. These were hospital accounts.

I ended up calling Pathcare numerous times to find out when they will be sending through reversals for these claim lines. Each time i got a different response. Once said it was going to be sent through the next day (Friday). When i called the next week, they said it was sent through to my medical aid the Thursday before (i mean, thursday is before friday). So when i questioned as to why i'm getting different answers from different people, i didn't get an answer.
Then eventually, i got a voice mail from the manager stating that they sent an email through to my medical aid. Needless to say, my medical aid has still no record of any reversal.

Now how can a company be so incompentent. They are so efficient in billing you, but so bad at correcting their mistakes in a timeous fashion! All i can see is that, they don't care about fixing their mistakes after they have been paid. And then i still got one rude consultant on the phone too!
