Poor communication to Dr's now I get handed ove

Call this account number 8 that I have left to settle when ALL my accounts were in hospital. After long battles and endless frustration I made payment plans to cover what I could in a time period that I could. Yesterday I get home to yet another FINAL demand that states they are handing me over.
This account is from 08/11/2011. The Doctors have proof that they submitted the claim in the correct time periods and have been following up from the 19/01/2012 till 28/06/2012 when they spoke to Jimmy who promised he would investigate. RH are claiming the claim stale. I called them this morning after finding the letter and their reply is that Jimmy had still not got back to them. I then called the call center and was told that Jimmy had 10 people in front of him and that he couldn't speak to me and that he would call me back. I am FED UP and Resolution are wondering why I have left to another medical aid group. Well Resolution, after paying out over R12500 in dec, over R2000 over 2012 to LS&P and R900 to my p aed for claims you failed to pay plus i'm still paying R400 a month to Lancet laboratories a month till aug and now I guess I have to fork out the R2155.40 as well.
