My medical aid refuses to pay for my chronic meds

I'm on chronic med, most recently (as of the 1 of August) I decided to go back on medical aid after a really bad experiance at a public clinic. As per scheme rules I called them within a 7 day period to register on their chromic meds management program. There was a lot of transfering ofcorse, after a few failed attempts I decided to send an email. I got a call back from a consultant in Durban.. She assured me this was to be completed in time and sent me application forms, when I took these to my GP;I discovered the forms were incorrect..

From that moment on My GP decided to take over the process, this was at the beggining of September2013, Discovery failed to provide him or myself with any feedback untill monday this week when I finally decided to send yet another email.

After 3 different calls and a lot of passing the buck arround, I am told that New rules apply and I Have been subjected to a waiting period of 1 year. what really puzzles me the most is that on The website there a list of medical conditions that Discovery guarantees chornic coverage on and mine is one of the listed.

had I known that it would not cover my condition, I would never have taken Discovery
