DR MATLEY WOULDN’T LET ME SPEAK, SO I’M TYPING

Last week my mother (75) visited Dr Matley at Kingsbury following months of being almost unable to walk. She didn't receive advice as to the 'next step' and so I requested the Doctor call me.

(a) He didn't speak to me, my mother or my family for - a week despite being informed of her worsened condition.(b) When I spoke to his staff, they accused me of being the one at fault ('you don't answer your phone'),
(c) Dr Matley returned my call today and started barking immediately, instead of asking after my mother or hearing our concerns,
(d) He accused me of using foul language with his staff (I've never sworn in my life. I DID refer to him as 'an '. Blunt, but hardly 'foul language')
(e) The practice staff previously laughed at my mother twice when she wasn't looking, referred to her demeaningly as 'mom', and botched her payment procedure. I find it odious that they were condescending to a distressed elderly woman.

I'm disgusted. I very seldom get angry (I believe this is the 2nd written complaint I've ever made) but I'm livid due to the lack of care shown under distressing circumstances.

I would like a written apology.
