Dialysis was not performed immediiately

On Tues, the 3rd of Dec, my husband who is a stage 5 renal care patient required dialysis as he was over loaded. He went to the trauma unit in Olivedale hospital, they took bloods and admitted him and just left him until the morning, the entire night, he was finding it more difficult to breath as his lungs was filling up with water. In the morning, he had to ask to see the matron to complain to her that he is unable to breath and require dialysis, as I write this, he is currently on dialysis, I don't understand, why the dialysis could not have been done last night as it was urgently required.
