Staff don't know how to talk to people?

I have never work with people that treat you like a dog! On 12 sep 2013 I made an appointment to take my cat for injections when I got to the SPCA Krugersdorp and told the lady at the desk I'm here to get my cats injections she didn't even great me! The only words she said to me "proof of residents and Identification book" she gave me a book to fill in and ask me for R200! Then she walked away.. After like 10min she came back and say second door right! I took my cat to the room were a lady was waiting for me gave the injections and just walked away I didn't know what to do.. Do I just leave now? As I walk to the door I ask the lady so now what how does it work when do I come back to get my cat spay "her reply we will call" so today is a week still didn't hear from them still waiting. So I ask my mother to phone and just find out what's going on.. A guy answer the phone my mother explain the storie and then he said hold on I'll find out for you as he put the phone down to ask a lady in the background screamd they must just wait! Then she pick up the phone didn't say hello to my mother just said I told you I'll phone! In my eyes worst service I ever came across!
