CMS 46607 refers.
The Registrar for Medical Schemes handled a complaint I had about co- payments on a PMB condition. Discovery agreed to pay back the money I paid on the co- payments as I was not supposed to according to law. They then send an e- mail to the person at CMS saying that the payment has been completed, I would like to know where and into which bank account as I have not received any payment. Not ONE person from Discovery seems to want to contact me and clear this up, If they did make a payment, why is it no in my bank account?? No answer on my e- mails to enquire about the so- called payment... the below was sent by them to the person at CMS handling the complaint :

Error Correction description: Deductible applied accoridng to members selected plan type however scope report confirmed PMB condition therefore deductible should be waivered. Claim older than 24 months therefore it needs to be done manually.
The payment has been completed.
