R5000 for using the only private hospital in Nels

I was informed that i would have to pay a penalty fee of R5000 if we went to the Nelspruit Medi Clinic for my wife to give birth in February. Apparently our policy, Classic Delta saver, does not qualify for this hospital. This is the only private hospital in Nelspruit, Where would they like me to take my wife. Either i am getting the wrong information or Discovery are really misleading when you sign up for there medical aid. i would like a response from somebody who knows what is going on and knows the policies, as everyone i have spoken to first has to check everything with their manager before they can give us an answer, and waste my time while i sit and wait..
