We asked for dental approval after 2 faxes which Medshield said they haven't received with sending a mail now twice since the 20th November and not one single answer yet. We can't say bad service because there is absolutely no service at all. I will definitely not recommend this bad medical aid to anyone. The ref number is Your query number is : 201113QFGBX8
