Benefits covered under medical aid option

Medshield doesn't want to pay a claim for a walking frame and stockings. With authorisation number and all as was asked for. If I want more information regarding which appliances the cover under the option... I get no reply. If I ask for their policy regarding this matter, they just e-mail me their incomplete brochure from the website .., I ask for a list of appliances that the cover, because what was promised in the brochure and what happened regarding the claim was different. Then suddenly my name also change on the mails... I'm Dr Bierman and now suddenly Mr Schoeman... The orthopedic services also suddenly became dr... If Medshield can only answer the questions, but it's like the hiding information. So be careful!
