We are so disappointed by nyati wedding venue & the so called"ANONYMOUS NEW OWNER" and mejuan and cherylee hv taken out the excitement we hd abt the venue & their catering, everything promised was not fullfilled..first of all th serviette on the table were not in the colour we agreed in.second I bought 2 jugs of juice for each table but that was not served instead they served cold-drink and dat was not on our agreement. And people who wer helping me to run things smoothly on the wedding day wer treated badly and given attitude. Third my guest was not given jugs of water when thy asked for water, wer told to go to the cash bar and hv water there. For 's sake it was a wedding not a birthday party people had to be served water. I hv never seen such an unprofessional place.whn we chose to use nyati wedding venue many things wer promised to us but when it was time to be fulfilled everything just changed out of nowher. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone else.. it myt be nice outside bt the staff and owner are not trustworthy people..change things when it suits them.they should be trained on how to treat customers FAIRLY! NOT DO THINGS CZ OF CUSTOMER SKIN COLOUR!!
