Wedding dissapointment

Our wedding was on 23'rd November. We had to pay for a 120 guests, only 65 showed up & the starters weren't enough. The wedding planner (Nadia) did not even show up, Brides Table got served last, we did not get all the Champaign we paid for. Waitress dropped 2 glasses, blaimed it on the guests, 2 glasses from Centre Pieces were broken by Braeside Staff. I did go see the Wedding Planner on Monday after the Wedding, I was told she'll look into it, I had to mail her due to nno reply from her & there was only excuses. I mailed the owner & stillno reply. Please look into this matter for me, I can mail all correspondance between me & Nadia to you.
