On Friday 29 November 2013 @ around 2100hrs went into the E.R.(Olivedale Clinic) my daughter had a major cut on the back of head; the receptionist called Paul (his surname started with an M) @ don't get me worng he was nice he saw my 4yr old had a cut then he sent us to the triage immediately.
After the triage we sent to the rooms; then came the nurse called Pamela Hlatswayo; she was extremely slow @ what she was doing as if to add injury to the wound of my daughter she was chewing gum as she served us; eventually the Doctor came; It was Dr William (forgot his surname); he was extremely good; but while he dd all the work of which I know the nurse is supposed to help; she was busy on her cell fone I ended up helping the doctor myself my daughter needed to be cut her braid I did it.
Then that finished; then went to reception to pay up my bill; went to this Paul M; he said my total bill is 1475.50; didn't have a problem with that so i paid part of it 1250.00; what was outstanding was 223.50. So then he made me sign that form the one for liability of credit i signed dd int have a problem with that; then he gave me two receipts.
