CHILD REFUSED OPERATION OVER R132.00

I am deeply disappointed with the service from Netcare N1 City.
To be honest we've been with you for many years and the last 2 visits including the treatment we received from the staff
on the 04/04/2013 was terrible.
You have good doctors that is why we choose Netcare N1, but I assure you that Melomed will indeed secure future business from my famly.

My daughter was admitted for an operation today (Azrah Jawoodien) and the day before the operation we receive an sms saying that there is an outstanding bill of R132 for September 2012 for Y Jawoodien (daughter)... from where I have no idea.
My daughter, Yusrah Jawoodien was admitted this year January for 5 days in paediatrics!! (no outstanding bills.)
My question is that why did they not pick it up then and when was my daughter admitted for an outstanding bill?
A lady called my wife yesterday demanding the R132.00, no telephone etiquette and she was extremely rude.
she stated..."listen here you must pay the bill or your daughter will not be admitted."

I paid the amount this morning, because my daughter was refused entry to theatre unless amount was paid.
So if may say this, if I'm dying and need an operation, I must first
