WORST SERVICE EVER

If it was not enough that I had to put up with the worst service at Panorama medi-clinic during the birth of my child, I now have to deal with more bad service at yet another medi-clinic!
My daughter swallowed a hairpin for which we had to take her to the emergy rooms for exrays on Friday 20/09/2013. They booked us for a follow-up the following morning to check whether the pin is moving. So come Saturday morning and we take her back in. First of all the nurse that assisted us at the emergency rooms are completely incompetent! She escourts us to the waiting room and in come this big fat slob for a dr (i first thought he was the porter!!) or at least he says he is and asks us who is the patient with an arrogance that you want to smack off his face. we are sitting in the baby room you! Then he tells my husband and me that only one can stay with our daughter! Excuse me??!! Since when would you only allow one parent with the child..what if your child is busy dying. Does only one parent get to stay?? We are paying patients and with that I expect the service that I am paying for. And this doctor shouldnt even be a doctor! no compassion. i had to ask him to leave! please contact me!
