In November I encounter some problems in getting by claims correctly processed.
I called Momentum Health and Randwir Roopnarain ended up receiving my call, He was extremely helpful, and said he need to investigate the problem but will get back to me asap. Within a couple of hours he phoned me back and sorted out the problem. It is not every day you get someone like Randwir that really care about the need of a client. I was very impress with his service! Very awesome!
