Billing date incorect

Membership nr 11343724
I worked on a mine and receined from the company, but wanted to stay on the medical aid. So forms was filled ing with the corrected bank details which was the only thing that was supposed to changed. The medical aid send us a membership certificate to indicate that our membership is going to be terminated. So my wife phoned the scheme and the operator informed my wife that we had to submit bank statements, before thy would accept the changes. That was not what the scheme informed us before so my wife told the operator then to leaf the termination as it is. The next thing we know is now they are taking legal steps against us. After 2 years they still phone us and send mails regarding this matter. We would really like these people to stop, for according to our knowledge we don't owe them any money
