Excessive noise by biker customers

Please give urgent attention to the excessive noise generated as a result of a venue CoFi at Savannah mall Polokwane very close to residential area. This unacceptable level of noise cased by motorbike gangs till well after 3:00 in the morning cannot be tolerated any more, last night I drove past the venue at 3:15 and the party was still going on strong, motorbikes revving as long and as loud as they can, it is un acceptable, and you cannot expect to keep thousands out of sleep so you can make money, we have filed a case with the authorities, contacted the local government as well as papers, we also lodged a complaint with the land lord. It has been going on for a couple of months now we've been patient, but now we are fed-up.
