Lancet Has charged me twice

I'm writting this because of the bad service i got from lancet, they started by misleading me by giving me wrong pathology test results, i complained about it and they promised to call me back its been two weeks now.and no one has called me to explain the wrong results.

Now they claim money from my medical aid and they have claimed 4 times really i don't know what to do i need help, these people are croocks. i want my money back. i need an explanation as to why the results were wrong and also why am i overcharged? is this what you do to all your uneducated client?
