Partial Refund request

Bridal shower for my daughter: 1 Dec 2012. Theme of 'High Tea" was requested and a quote was given. Upon requesting the quote I was assured that it would not be a problem to prepare the appropriate eats for a high tea as I wanted it authentic to the theme. Friday 23 Nov Myself and a friend visited the venue to ensure that all would be fine and to order a cake and juice and to discuss the table setting and lay outs. Tables was discussed with Preety, she assured me that all would be well as with my added order of 1 Red Velvet cake and juices. Upon arrival all tables needed a re-done as nothing was as we discussed it. The food was not according to high tea standard at all and the Red velvet cake (I paid for 2 cakes) was GREEN! Juice was insipid and tasteless, cucumber sandwiches filled with left over veggies including carrots and tasted horrible. What a huge disappointment. I sent an email on the evening 01/12, again 14/12 and 20/12 as of yet no response to my request for a refund. I paid for an extra cake I did not get and what I got was hideous, ridiculous and very embarrassing, my guests would not touch the cut cake it looked disgusting. Total Cost R3925. for 20 guests
