Disgusting Cake - HAIR & UNAPPEALING

I ordered a cake from Mechelle Classen, costed R480.
She could clearly see by the picture I sent her what type of quality I was looking for.

She made the cake and it was totally unappealing, never mind that the cake was the wrong flavor as I ordered red velvet and she gave vanilla. The cake had hair on it so we could not even eat it.

She claims she never knew it was for a wedding, by the picture if someone is use to making cakes you can clearly see its a wedding cake, not once did I ever ask for a birthday cake,
She claims I deceived her by saying its a birthday cake and therefore I got what I deserved, so what she is saying is the kind of cake I received is what she gives out to clients as birthday cakes! How disgusting!

I want my money back - She better contact me today still
