Rejected claim each month for chronic tests

My mum is on Warfarin therapy and as a result she needs to take her INR reading each month. For the last 18 months i have received calls from Lancet stating that the claims have been rejected. I then contact Momentum only to be told that the code is incorrect and blame Lancet. Then i have to get proof of the claim submission with the correct code and send to Momentum. Then they give me a reference number. I have had this happend each month for the last 18 months. Momentum settled Lancet in December, for the entire year and now i am getting the same issues again. I am sick and tired of talking to incompetant people both in Momentum and Lancet. I am also tired of being treated like a tennis ball and been sent from one to the other each month!!! its the same issue over and over again!!!
